Job Description
The regional sales manager’s responsibilities include all activities of sales in an assigned territory. They will develop and maintain relationships with a territory’s dealers, also known as customer relationship management. They are often the main point of contact for dealers and manage communication with the company’s team. The goals of a regional sales manager are to keep dealers’ business and identify new dealer opportunities. They do this by understanding their dealers’ needs and helping them achieve their objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the management of all Dragotec USA sales activities in the assigned territory to maximize sales growth and support the company goals.
• Complete routine dealer visits to build relationships with the dealer personnel.
• Assist dealers in achieving their yearly sales goals set forth by Dragotec USA, Inc.
• Assist dealer sales personnel with on-farm discussion showing Drago features.
• Assist dealers with service issues, warranty claims and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate and possibly conduct dealer sales and service training meetings.
• Identify competitors and monitor/communicate new products and programs.
• Attend tradeshows and training outside of assigned territory.
• Requires up to 75% traveling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or relevant field.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of dealership personnel including farmers
• Prefer experience with Business Central Customer Relationship Software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentations skills
• Experience delivering focused solutions to dealers and farmers
• Forecast and track sales by dealership
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Proficiency in sales data analysis and performance metrics
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Valid Driver’s License

Compensation
• Base Salary Plus Commissions totaling $100,000+

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This position will at times require working outdoors, traveling, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
