DESIGNED TO HARVEST MORE CORN IN A RANGE OF FIELD CONDITIONS
The Drago GT+ is uniquely designed to reduce ear bounce and butt shelling to help maintain seed quality and capture more yield during seed corn harvest.

Whether you are using an Oxbo or other seed corn harvester, a Drago is your best choice out front for better yield capture, grain quality and durability. The Drago GT+ corn head’s enviable reputation for harvest efficiency and reliability in field corn makes it the ideal option for seed corn harvest, too. Features like impact-absorbing deck plates, longer knife rollers that turn more slowly and an all-gear drive will help you capture more high-quality seed corn season after season.
The best-performing head for field corn is your best choice for seed corn harvest, too.
The Drago GT+ is uniquely designed to reduce ear bounce and butt shelling to help maintain seed quality and capture more yield during seed corn harvest.
Spring-loaded deck plates automatically – and constantly – respond to changing stalk widths within each row unit to minimize small ear loss.
Placed out-front, overlapping gathering chains play a vital role in picking up corn in less-than-perfect conditions.
Integrated impact-absorbing “ear shocks” reduce ear bounce when ears strike deck plates – reducing a significant cause of harvest yield loss and damage when harvesting higher-moisture corn.
The Drago GT+ corn head features a working angle of 17-23 degrees. The low angle allows snouts to slip through stalks, reduce ear loss out front, and move ears up the row unit with ease. This lower working angle is a key feature that allows the Drago GT+ to work through down corn more efficiently, too.
Roller knife blades catch and release stalks as they are pulled into the head, allowing plants to move further into the row unit before the ear is removed to help assure ear capture.
Longer knife rollers run more slowly, further reducing the impact of ears on deck plates to help reduce yield loss and maintain grain quality.
A massive auger moves ears gently and more efficiently, reducing potential yield loss at the feederhouse.
Short down-corn augers are standard on every GT+. The longer and adjustable augers bring in leaning stalks and limit hanging ear loss for added yield capture and confidence in lodged or down corn situations.

The Drago GT+ is built in the most advanced and automated plant of its kind in the world. Every moving part on the head is measured and checked for precision.
The most durable and efficient gears — like those used in the aviation industry – always have two teeth engaged vs. straight gears (which have only one) and deliver more power and add years of reliable service.
Power is driven inline through row units for higher efficiency. Drive shafts are connected with self-engaging couplers if service to a single row unit is ever needed.
An all-gear-driven design – including the auger drive – is standard on every row configuration for long-lasting, maintenance-free reliability.
Drago GT+ gathering chains, knife rollers and chopper gearbox each have a dedicated radial slip clutch with its own precise setting for superior component protection.
Drago stands behind our commitment to durability, with parts, resources and a dealer network set up to help you minimize downtime and maximize performance. All GT+ corn heads are covered by a two-year parts and labor warranty — plus much more.
Your Authorized Drago Dealer carries a full inventory of Certified Drago Parts to meet your service and maintenance needs. In fact, we are so confident in Drago parts supply that, during harvest, if any part essential to continued operation is not available from one of our North American Distribution Centers — including your local Authorized Drago Dealer or our North American Headquarters — the replacement part and shipping are free.
The Drago GT+ corn head easily mounts to Oxbo seed corn harvesters, with row configurations and a variety of options that meet your seed corn harvest needs. See how you can customize your Drago to maximize your harvest efficiency.
