Drago Dealer: By contract, each of the over 70 Drago dealer outlets across our 14 marketing states must keep an adequate supply of parts on hand. That helps assure that when you do need to place an order for a replacement part it will be available. However, it’s almost impossible to always have the right part on hand for every specific need.
Dragotec USA: The North American Distribution Center in Fenton, Iowa maintains quality original replacement parts to fill dealer requests. Plus, we now have 3 new regional part hubs in Indiana, Nebraska, and Arkansas, to assure timely delivery.
Billing is always through the dealer.
Service and Maintenance
Drago Dealer: By contract, the Drago dealer is responsible for all aspects of sales and service. From delivery, to set-up, to adjustments, to repairs, your local Drago representative is a full-service dealer. They receive extensive on-going training from Dragotec with constant updates on manuals, procedures and the latest DVD’s.
But Drago customers have come to appreciate the ease of operating, maintaining and repairing their unit. Most problems can be solved over the phone or by watching the service DVD that now comes included with all new Corn Heads and has been tailored to match existing units.
Dragotec USA: The Dragotec service department is available to assist dealers and customers in answering questions, trouble-shooting potential problems and constantly communicating and training. Dragotec takes this responsibility very seriously. We are constantly upgrading and expanding our staff. We have focused our attention on improving response time, dealer training and customer communications to include step-by-step service and maintenance via DVD.

Warranty
The Drago corn head by Olimac carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty. The warranty must be filled out at time of purchase. All warranty decisions are made by Dragotec USA, Inc., in association with certified Drago dealers.
